TapToReport is the app designed to help keep workplaces free from danger and hazardous conditions. By allowing employees to immediately report suspicious people, dangerous situations or hazardous conditions you can improve workplace safety. TapToReport puts reporting into the hands of your employees.

How It Works

We start by defining a geofence consisting of latitude and longitude points around your property. This creates an invisible boundary for alerts. Inside the fence, alerts are accepted, outside the fence, alerts are rejected.

Next, employees are brought onboard. This includes downloading TapToReport and creating an account. Each employee is assigned to the property where they work.

Once all the employees are brought on board, management can assign certain people to "channels" so only those people receive those alerts (i.e. the janitorial staff gets the Spill and Mess alerts). The exception is the Active Shooter alert, these go to everyone.

Lastly, run some drills. Let people use the app. Familiarity builds success!

TapToReport Comes with a full spate of training videos and how-to guides along with a fully staffed tech support department.

Key Features

TapToReport is packed full of features created to empower employee participation in a safer work environment with the absolute minimum effort and fuss. Even better, TapToReport is designed to help your SOC and security staff quickly and easily manage and respond to alerts.

Alert Types

Just like one size doesn't fit all, one alert type doesn't suit every need. Because of that, we have a total of 9 alert types. From Active Shooter to Fire, Robbery, Theft, Assault, Intruder, Medical Emergency, Hazard, and Spill/Mess. We even make sure that each alert gets sent to the right responders!

Channels

Alert fatigue is real and because it's real, TapToReport implements a patented process called Channels whereby responders are subscribed to specific Channels and only those users receive those alerts. All users receive Active Shooter alerts.
